Partnership

The collaboration with KUKA Robotics Hungária continues

We are pleased to continue our collaboration with KUKA Robotics Hungária Kft.

Our strategic partnership, launched in 2025, has brought many joint successes over the past year in autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and intralogistics solutions. We are particularly proud to have co-organised a professional AMR day at KUKA Robotics Hungária's new site, Park22, where we jointly presented the automation opportunities of the future.

The partnership gives a solid foundation for working together, and we look forward to further joint successes.

Trends in industrial robotics, our podcast appearance with KUKA

The intralogistics revolution is already under way, and we are actively shaping it.

István Tóth, Managing Director and co-owner of E4Solution Hungary Kft., and Ádám Rumpler, Sales Manager at KUKA Robotics Hungária Kft., discuss the rise of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), current trends in industrial robotics and the opportunities for intralogistics development in Hungary.

The latest episode of the KUKA Podcast series covers questions such as:

  • Why is intralogistics a key player in the factories of the future?
  • What benefits does introducing AMR technology bring?
  • What has the collaboration between KUKA and E4Solution taught us?

Automotive Forum Bucharest 2024 event, KUKA AMR presence
Event

Automotive Forum 2024, Bucharest

On 14 November 2024, E4Solution Hungary Kft. and KUKA Robotics Hungária Kft. made their first official joint appearance: KUKA's latest autonomous mobile robot, the KMP 1500P, was presented at Romania's largest automotive forum in Bucharest.

The event played a significant role in the spread of AMR technology across Central and Eastern Europe, and gave industry players an excellent opportunity to see KUKA's flagship logistics robot up close. The KMP 1500P is one of the highest-payload and most intelligent autonomous mobile platforms on the market, developed specifically for high-volume internal transport between production lines.

Our participation in the event was a strategic as well as a technological milestone for the company: it marked the start of our official collaboration in the field of KUKA AMR solutions, which has since grown into regular joint projects and professional events.

Gyártástrend magazine article – E4Solution expert feature

E4Solution featured as an expert in Gyártástrend magazine

In the Gyártástrend magazine article 'Smart factories in the reality of Hungarian industry', Lajos Baranyi shared his thoughts as an expert from E4Solution Hungary Kft. on the practical role of industrial digitalisation, AMR systems, MES solutions and digital twin technology.

The article explores what genuine business and technological advantages automated, digitally supported systems can deliver in a modern manufacturing environment.

E4Solution's position is that smart factory development is not about technology in itself, but about whether a given solution can measurably improve the efficiency of production, logistics and operations.

Digital twins, AMRs and MES systems can be important tools, but their successful introduction has to start from real operational problems, an accurate understanding of processes and clearly defined goals.

A key point is that companies should not think in terms of standalone robots or isolated technologies, but in complete, integrated systems.

AMR solutions create real value when they fit the production and intralogistics processes and are properly connected to the existing IT, MES and plant systems.

E4Solution's aim is to build on practical industrial experience to support its partners in developing AMR-based intralogistics systems, automation solutions and digitally traceable material flow processes.

Lear Győr AMR intralogistics project
Project

Lear Győr AMR intralogistics project

E4Solution Hungary Kft. is delivering a complex AMR-based intralogistics system at Lear's plant in Győr.

The aim of the project is to automate material flow between the warehouse and the production areas, handling transport trolleys of different sizes and designs.

The system supports material supply processes with eight AMRs, twelve production and logistics stations, and varying cycle times.

What makes the solution distinctive is that the AMRs have to pick up, transport and set down several different trolley types safely at the correct production points.

Key considerations in designing the system were alignment with the production processes, ensuring continuous material supply, and handling the specific characteristics of the plant environment.

E4Solution is responsible for system integration, on-site commissioning, testing, validation and support for handover to the customer.

The project is currently in the final stage of commissioning, with system fine-tuning, operational tests and verification of practical operation under way.

The Lear Győr project is a good illustration of how AMR technology can deliver an efficient, scalable intralogistics solution close to production in a live automotive environment.
