4. Order and Contract Formation
Services are ordered electronically via the e4solution.com website. The contract is formed upon confirmation by email sent by the service provider.
5. Payment Terms
The fee for the services is determined by prior agreement and is included in the order confirmation. Payment is made by bank transfer.
6. Warranty and Liability
The service provider assumes responsibility for the quality of services to the extent required by law. The service provider is not liable for errors caused by the customer.
