Our solutions

E4Solution Hungary Kft. designs, integrates and supports industrial intralogistics and automation solutions for manufacturing companies. Our main focus is AMR-based material handling systems, the automation of production and warehouse processes, and workable system solutions fitted to the existing plant environment. Our experience comes from automotive, JIS/JIT-based and high-availability manufacturing environments, which is why we always align the technology with real operational processes.

Intralogistics and AMR systems

One of E4Solution's core areas is the design and integration of AMR-based intralogistics systems. We build solutions that automate material flow between the warehouse, production, preparation areas and supply stations. These systems can be based on trolleys, pallets, bins or custom load carriers, with varying cycle times, stations and production requirements.

We do not think in terms of standalone robots but in complete working systems, which may include an AMR fleet, a charging concept, stations, trolley or pallet handling, mini-store solutions, sensors, call buttons, signal lights, RFID or other identification functions. As a KUKA AMR system integrator, we support the selection of the right robot concept, the design of the fleet logic, the validation of material flow processes and the commissioning of the system.

Core areas

  • AMR-based material handling systems
  • automated transport between warehouse and production
  • handling of trolleys, pallets, bins and custom load carriers
  • mini-stores and automated storage points
  • integration of KUKA AMR systems
  • fleet management, MES, PLC and plant interface connections
  • integration of stations, sensors, call buttons and feedback systems

Project design and system integration

E4Solution supports its partners throughout the entire project, from the first site survey through the technical concept to commissioning and handover. Our aim is that the automation solution is not only technically feasible, but also fits the existing production processes, the logistics operation, local safety rules and the customer's long-term development goals.

During projects we assess the current material flow, cycle times, the characteristics of the production areas, routes, bottlenecks and the related IT or control interfaces. On that basis we produce a technical concept, a layout proposal, a feasibility study and a project plan. Where required, we also coordinate the manufacture, modification and integration of conveyors, special-purpose machines, transfer stations, mechanical guides, custom trolleys or other supplementary equipment as part of the project.

Core areas

  • site survey and process understanding
  • technical concept and layout design
  • project planning and project management
  • integration of AMRs, conveyors, special-purpose machines and stations
  • development of production and logistics processes
  • coordination of suppliers and technology partners
  • support for commissioning, testing, validation and handover

Service, support and SLA

For E4Solution, a project does not end at installation. To keep delivered systems running reliably over the long term, we provide service and support tailored to the customer's needs and to how critical the system is. Support can be provided on an ad-hoc basis or under a bespoke SLA that sets out response times, support levels, availability and communication processes.

Our support can extend to monitoring AMR system operation, fault clearance, recovery procedures, system expansions, modifications and operator training. Our aim is that customers do not simply receive an installed system, but can also count on expert support over the long term for day-to-day operation, fault handling and further development.

Core areas

  • support for installed AMR and intralogistics systems
  • fault clearance and first-level recovery support
  • operator, maintenance and super-user training
  • support for system expansions and modifications
  • ad-hoc service or bespoke SLA-based support
  • response times, support levels and documented fault handling procedures
  • long-term operational and development partnership
